You may select up to three candidates. You do not have to use all three.
A straight-party selection does not count in this race. Township board is a multi-seat office, so each candidate must be selected individually. If you choose one party box and move on, your ballot is blank for this race.

On Election Day, Morgan County uses vote centers. Any registered Morgan County voter may vote at any of the county's 14 vote centers, including First Christian Church, Spring Hill Church, and Mt. Amy Gershanoff and Kevin Roberts serve on the Madison Township Fire Merit Board, where they help oversee hiring, promotion, and discipline for the township's firefighters.
Both have worked alongside Matthew on township matters and have seen how he approaches public safety spending and oversight.

My support for Matthew Pranger isn't about a political party. It's about the person.
I've seen Matthew's work firsthand through the Mooresville Lions Club, the Morgan County Leadership Academy, and his service on the Madison Township Advisory Board. He shows up prepared, does the homework, and puts the community first.
He stands up for our firefighters and EMS personnel while making sure every dollar is properly accounted for.

A Record of Responsible Oversight
Oversight is more than attending meetings or approving what is presented. It means checking the record, asking for the information behind major decisions, and supporting investments when the facts show they serve Madison Township.
Flagged a $35,000 Filing Difference
After the July 1, 2026 appropriation vote, Matthew compared the Board-approved resolution with the state DLGF approval and identified a $35,000 difference in the Cumulative Fund amount. He asked DLGF to review the filing and clarify the correction process.
Requested the Records Behind Major Spending
Following the township's 2026 public-safety appropriations, Matthew requested Gateway, DLGF, and supporting procurement records so the Board and public could verify how approved funds and major purchases were being carried out.
Supported Full-Time Paramedic Staffing
In April 2024, Matthew moved to approve the resolution addressing full-time paramedic firefighter salaries after the Board reviewed the staffing and budget details.

My Priorities for the Next Term
Madison Township will seat a new trustee in January. Here is how I intend to work with that administration and what I will keep pushing for.

Matthew Pranger, EdD, serves on the Madison Township Advisory Board and teaches at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where his work focuses on technology, data literacy, and decision-making.
His community service includes the WellSpring board of directors and the Mooresville Lions Club, where he currently serves as Treasurer.
That combination of education, technology, local government, and community service shapes a practical approach to public office: review the information, ask questions, listen to residents, and make decisions based on what best serves Madison Township.

Matthew joined the Madison Township Advisory Board through a Republican caucus while identifying as a Libertarian, filling a vacancy on the Board.
